License grant

You are granted a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to copy, use, display, perform, modify, and distribute the Work provided that all of the following conditions are met.

Noncommercial use only. You may not use the Work for commercial purposes. Commercial purposes include selling the Work, selling derivative works based on the Work, offering the Work as part of a paid service, sublicensing the Work for commercial use, or otherwise exploiting the Work for direct or indirect monetary gain.

Share of modifications. You may distribute modified versions of the Work only under terms that preserve the noncommercial restriction and attribution requirement.

Prohibited actions

You may not sell, license for a fee, or otherwise commercially exploit the Work or any derivative works without a separate written commercial license from Jeremiah Arden.

Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination you must cease all use and distribution of the Work and destroy or return all copies in your possession.
